To make an exchange or return, products must be in perfect condition, unused, and in the same state as when they were received. Products showing any alterations (scratches, cuts, marks) cannot be exchanged or returned.

All products purchased through www.pamriviers.com.ar are eligible for exchange. You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive the product to request an exchange.

Exchanges can be made for the same product or any other product of equal value that is in stock at the time of the exchange. If you wish to exchange for a product of greater value, you will need to pay the price difference.
